We are pleased to announce that Amal Shokr has joined our distinguished piano faculty as a teacher and accompanist.  Amal is an accomplished classical pianist and accompanist, and a unique composer who holds a B.M. in Music Composition from Moravian University, with a minor in German.  She began playing the piano at the age of nine and has been teaching private piano lessons since 2019.  Two of her original compositions were featured in the Allentown Symphony Orchestra‘s New Composers’ Concerts.  She is also a mallet percussionist with a unique propensity for improvisation and experimentation.  

Amal is now available for in-person piano lessons in Allentown and piano accompaniment for recitals.  Welcome, Amal!   Learn more about Amal Shokr.
