This special offer is valid for new students only and nonrefundable. Gift Certificates are valid for one full year from date of purchase. If Certificate is not fully redeemed after one year, CMS will consider any remaining value on the Certificate to be a charitable donation to the School. CMS reserves the right to change or eliminate this promotion at any time.
If the student continues lessons after the three-month introductory period, the student must provide CMS a valid credit or debit card for automatic monthly payments for lessons. After the student’s first year of lessons and thereafter, CMS will bill the card on file for the $45 annual registration fee on the anniversary of the student’s enrollment date.
Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
Gift Certificates are valid for one full year from date of purchase. If Certificate is not fully redeemed after one year, CMS will consider any remaining value on the Certificate to be a charitable donation to the School.

If purchasing a certificate for a child in your household, complete the registration form as a “family.” If purchasing a certificate for another person outside your household, complete the registration form as an “adult student” with the purchaser’s information as the “student” and the recipient’s information in the “questions” section. To complete the transaction, you must accept the student policy agreement, gift certificate terms/conditions above, and enter your payment information. CMS will send a confirmation to the email address provided at the top of the form.
