Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
Gift Certificates are valid for one full year from date of purchase. If Certificate is not fully redeemed after one year, CMS will consider any remaining value on the Certificate to be a charitable donation to the School.
If the student continues lessons after the introductory period, the student must provide CMS a valid credit or debit card for automatic monthly payments for lessons and the $49 annual registration fee, if the fee was not included in the gift certificate package. After the student’s first year of lessons and thereafter, CMS will bill the card on file for the $49 annual registration fee on the anniversary of the student’s enrollment date.
