YouTube Channel
CMS students of all ages performed a variety of classical and contemporary music to ring in spring with a “live” YouTube Watch Party. For many of our students, this was their very first recital, and we congratulate them on achieving that major milestone. The recital premiered on Sunday, April 10 at 2:00 PM. It can now be watched anytime on our YouTube channel here.
For the safety of our students, we recorded all of these performances individually at CMS, using our new state-of-the-art recording studio and learning lab. Our recital recording team, Joe Wagner and Lisa Kulp, with assistance from Jas Adamson, recorded these student performances in the Dorothy H. Baker Recital Hall, the Janie Holben Piano Studio (Studio 10), and the recording studio’s isolation room. We thank The Presser Foundation and the CMS Board of Directors for providing the funding for the construction of the recording studio.
