Two CMS students performed in the Young Musicians of the Allentown Music Club’s “Springing Into March Music” program on Saturday, March 16, 2024, in Zentz Hall at Fellowship Community Center in Whitehall. Shouri Gudimetla, alto saxophone (student of Seval Kanik) and Ethan Lin, piano (piano student of Griffin Woodard and violin student of Carolyn Gaul) performed in the recital with five other students.
Upcoming Allentown Music Club Programs include “Making Music Together: An Ensemble Program” on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 2:00 PM and Spring is in the Air, the “Musical Joys of Spring: A Recital Program” on Saturday, May 4, 2024 – 2:00 PM.
The Young Musicians Club is a member of the National Federation of Music Clubs, the largest musical organization in the United States. Club activities are designed to educate and motivate young musicians and to stimulate interest in music by providing opportunities for members to perform.
