On September 14, faculty member Griffin Woodard, bass clarinet, and his bandmate Hugh Kline on drums performed at CMS as part of our Faculty Showcase Series. The performance was live streamed on the CMS Facebook page and you can view the recording here. If you would like to hear more, The Griffin Woodard Quintet has announced two upcoming performances presenting some brand new music and some familiar tunes. Each gig will feature one of the group’s very talented trumpeter friends – David Sneider and Daniel Spearman:
Friday, September 29, from 9pm-midnight at the Lafayette Bar, Easton PA – featuring David Sneider on trumpet, Cameron Campbell on piano, Miles Gilbert on bass, and Hugh Kline on drums.
Sunday, October 29, from 5-7:30pm at the Deer Head Inn, Delaware Water Gap, PA – featuring Daniel Spearman on trumpet, Cameron Campbell on piano, Miles Gilbert on bass, and Hugh Kline on drums. Reserve your seat by emailing or calling 570-424-2000 with your name, phone #, and preferred dinner time.
