Dorothy H. Baker Recital Hall
at Community Music School
We thank all our students and faculty who performed in our Faculty-Student Recital on Sunday, March 3, 2024. It was an absolutely beautiful day, and our Dorothy H. Baker Recital Hall was full of light and music! This recital is an annual highlight and featured spectacular performances of classical and contemporary music by our intermediate, advanced, and adult students, along with members of our talented faculty: Kelly Hooper, piano; Vincent Trovato, piano; Evan Nelson, voice; Joe Wagner, guitar; and Seval Kanik, saxophone.
Performing in front of a live audience is an important part of each CMS student’s growth and development. We encourage students of all ages and abilities to perform in recitals when they are ready, with approval from their teacher. As always, CMS recitals are free for students to perform and for the public to attend; however, CMS is a nonprofit organization and there is substantial cost associated with producing these events. If you are able, please consider making a charitable donation to help support our mission here.
