CMS Executive Director Jeff Reed, a lifelong choral singer, performed with Lehigh University’s Choral Union and a full orchestra on October 21 and 22, as Lehigh University Choral Arts presented “Sacred and Profane” at Zoellner Arts Center. The 200-plus singers of Lehigh University Choral Arts performed Dona Nobis Pacem and Variations on a Theme of Thomas Tallis by Vaughn Williams, American Songs-Sacred and Profane by Lehigh’s own Steven Sametz, and Handel’s Zadok the Priest. Dr. Steven Sametz and Dr. Hana Cai are conducting. CMS violin teacher, Linda Kistler, and former faculty members Shane Barker and Deb Andrus also performed in the orchestra.
