Annual Brunch Committee: Plan our big fundraising event of the year, collect sponsors and auction items, and help with set-up and clean-up at the event.
Join the Board of Directors: As a non-profit, CMS is governed by a board of diverse local professionals and community leaders. While not necessarily musicians themselves, CMS board members are passionate about helping others access the transformative power of music education.
Musical Instrument Petting Zoo: Demonstrate and help children (and adults) try out a variety of instruments at community events. You do not need to know how to play every instrument, but you'll need an outgoing personality & a desire to spread the joy of music to the community!
Recital Hospitality: Prepare refreshments for recital receptions and assist with clean-up.
Photo & Video Recording: Capture our talented students and faculty as they perform at recitals, the annual brunch, and other community performances.
Office Special Projects: A variety of as-needed behind-the-scene tasks, including mailings, instrument inventory, music library catalog, and marketing.
